Installing downloaded programs

Sorry,im new to all this...ive downloaded a few programs from the monlithix site....what the hell do i do with them?how do i get them to my phone?In my ignorance i expected some kind of activsync auto-installer type thingy!

What apps have you downloaded? as there are different types of installations

1, .cab this type of file needs placing on the phone ie IPSMWindowsStart MenuAccessories

then when you go to accessories on the phone and run the file it will install the app for you. when it does the install choose storage card.

2, .exe files there are two types of this file, one will install via your PC (setup.exe) the other will

run directly from the phone (no install needed) best place to put these is on the storage card

and then create a shortcut on the phone.

Remeber try and install as much as you can on the storage card to keep

the phones memory as free as possible.

Thanks...i downloaded smartexplorer,speedups and task manager.At the moment they are zipped files in my laptops my documents.

Im still clueless!!!!!!

Are you sure they are zipped? because they could be cab files, as they can look the same.

If you click on Task Manager it will send you to the latest post with a link to the latest version.

on the Binary's site there is an .exe version for you to install via the PC, this will make it easier for

you to begin with :)
