Lost Homescreen

About 3 months ago, I downloaded a Homescreen which I would like to go back to using, but I can't find where I put it!?

Can anyone help? It was identical to the Microsoft "Full Layout" but showed the date, and had an MMS count.

I have a collection of homescreens any idea what it may have been called?

Thanks, but I don't know what it was called. The more I think about it, I reckon I got it from Leigh Geary when he first set up his SPV site (I think it was called "acrossthewater" back then) and I'm sure it was available to download as his personal favourite. I've since downloaded one which is almost identical (see attached) but the original one had an MMS counter.
