Homescreen help

Ummm, basically, i have absolutley no idea how to install skins, can someon gimme a detailed step by step instuctions plz :?

Home screens come in two variants:

1: .hme format, similar to the .cab's applications use, simply run on your phone and they will place the appropriate files in the correct folders and activate it.

2: .xml and image files. In this case put all files in IPSMApplication DataHome. Go to Programs > settings > home screens and select the skin from the list, then use default background and colour schemes.
