Scheduling email retrieval?

Hi there,

GPRS isn't cheap so I'd like my SmartPhone to check for email regularly but not when I'm asleep!

I know I can schedule email retrieval but it doesn't appear to have an option to only connect between certain times.

Anyone know how I can do this?
