Midi problems

I have a midi file I want to install in my SPV but the sound wont play, can anyone help?

I’ve tried downloading some midi from the http://www.coolsmartphone.com/midi.htm

and they work. hmmmmmmm

SmartPhone only supports (monophonic. effectively) midi0 type midi files.

TBH you're best off sticking with .wav's :)

Yep. There are programs that will convert midi1 (or is it 2?) to midi0. Midi0 can support polyphonic ringtones, but only on one channel, which I believe means it can only use one "instrument".
