Smartphone Emulator on WinXP running on Connectix Virtual PC

Is this possible

I have installed embedded visual tools 2002

I have set up a coommand line script to run the following string:

"C:Program FilesWindows CE ToolsCommonPlatmanbinEmulator.exe" /CEImage

"C:Windows CE Toolswce300Smartphone 2002emulationWestern European-No

RadioWWENoRIL.bin" /Skin "c:windows ce toolswce300smartphone

2002emulationphone_.xml" /Ethernet TRUE /MemorySize 32

When i run this, i get the error 'Cannot run CE emulator within CE

emulator - You had to try didn't you'

Am I doing something really dumb or missing something really obvious or is

it seeing Virtual PC as a CE emulator?
