Guest realistik Posted May 20, 2003 Report Posted May 20, 2003 Since there are so many problems with this phone and the advertised features seem to perform badly or start to fail, can I be justified in saying that the phone is not fit for the purpose(s) it was made for and therefore have the right to a refund or exchange? Any thoughts? Gaz
Guest Yu_ Posted May 20, 2003 Report Posted May 20, 2003 What problems are you having? If the phone is faulty then yes, you can exchange it or have it replaced, but it depends on what exactly is wrong with it. If you give some specifics you will get a more detaled and accurate response
Guest realistik Posted May 20, 2003 Report Posted May 20, 2003 My latest problem is now reminders not working, they appear on home screen, but no reminder updates or alarm! Don't get me wrong, I really like this phone, just all these bugs really makes you appriciate the stability of Nokias. My 6210 only crashed 3 times in 3 years and is constantly on 24/7. Regards, Gaz
Guest Yu_ Posted May 21, 2003 Report Posted May 21, 2003 If you have the software update and you bought the phone within the last 28 days, then sure take it back, and tell them you want another one. If it came from Orange then they are obliged to replace it within the 28 day period. :)
