sms and camera problems

hey all! got my spv but not really sent an sms off it yet. i went to writing one the other day, but wen i click on "new" nothing happens.

another problem i've got is wen i try to take a picture-i get an alerting message saying "problem with camera driver". i posted about this before and they sed try exiting photomanager then reopen it, but that didnt work. they then sed that i cud have a faulty camera, but i tried using a friends which does definately work and i got the same message.

so how can i fix these problems? do i just need to do a hard reset? if it is then how can i backup all of my data thats on my fone and then recover it back onto the spv? sorry to sound thick but i really aint gta clue :?

just things like ringtones and themes and programmes i got on it but i guess thats all easy to get on anyway. cheers for ur help...i'm just gna go ahead and to the hard reset and c if it all works.

hi everyone,

for some reason i've now got two lots of inbox, outbox, etc folders. i think how i did it was that i had to unlock my phone to install doom -which works- but it's duplicated all the inbox folders in the sms bit.

i've been crusing around my phone files using the activeSync software but i can't see where the folder is that the inbox files are stored.
