Unable to write new mms/sms

I was forced to perform hard reset last week and now my SPV won't let me write new sms/mms at all. I have hard reset it twice since then in the hope this would sort it out but it has not.

Has anyone else had this problem and knows what to do or am I going to have to phone O for a replacement?

What happens when you hit 'New' in Inbox? Nothing I guess...right?

No menu appears when "new" button selected, menu appears for "menu" button menu appears but selecting new message does nothing.

Incidently camera has stopped to function in picture manager - says "error - problem with camera driver"

This has been the case since I hard reset it a week ago and still after another this morning.

Just got off the phone with O handset bod and he said from technical department would get back to me but this could take a couple of days as they are so busy.

Soemone get me the executive office phone number.

It sounds like it hasn't processed the provxml files and loaded the correct certificates for privileged operations...

When you hard resetted, did you use the old unlock mechanism? If so that could have messed it up...

I'd try hard resetting again.

Spacemonkey, I had a similar problem when updating the phone.... I am looking at the issue now and will get back if I find anything out...

Yeh, i had exactly the same problem when i decerted. Had to do another hard reset and decert to sort this problem out. However, i've never had this problem since i used the decert software.

Me too - when decerting with the original copy/paste files method.

Hard reset fixed mine tho!? Might have taken 2 or 3 goes, but it did fix it eventually!
