Hi there

Have any of you ever tried this:

My phone can't log on to the network (TDC DK) Telmore, when it boots.

After a few minutes after it says search but without any result.

If I try to send a message, the phone suddenly logs on after a few minutes.

The strange thing is that it has never done that before it started yesterday morning.

Every other sim card works as they should even TDC DK which is the provider for Telmore. I have tried 3 other Telmore and they don't work either.

So every other sim cards than Telmore card works.

I have tried to do a hard reset but it didn't help.

Please help anyone?

There could be a major network fault only with Telmore provisioned SIMS.

If these SIMS are povisioned on seperate registers to TDC DK there could be a network signalling fault or it could be that the relevant HLR for those particular SIMS has gone down. I suspect that the network can't access your account for authentication/services.

Have you checked if there are any major fault with customer services.

The Telmore SIMS logs on fine to the network in a nokia and siemens phone. Does the spv logon procedure work different?

It's definately not an HLR access problem then.

So you have used other network SIMS and they work fine and the problem is just Telmore and only on the SPV. Strange :?

When the spv finaly can log on it works fine.

But it's seems very hard for it to log on.
