GPRS ALWAYS NOT AVAILABLE

for one week now, no body from smart could resolved my GPRS problem. I can't go to Internet Explorer. It just dialing all the time. What's wrong with my amazing phone?. I changed the Idle Disconnnect from 10 mins. to none but to no avail. pls. helped me!

If you can't get past dialling then there could be a problem with your local site. Have you tried connecting to the internet in other areas which use different BTS sites ?
