Can anyone help me?????????

My smart phone doesnt allow me to connect to the internet or send mms. Internet says call cannot be placed and mms says it cant send the message altho it sits there send ing the message for 5 mins. Any help v much appreciated :cry:

check whether GPRS settings and MMS settings are filled.

1. Data Connections in Settings: Internet

Should be set to Automatic

Then Press Menu: Select "Edit Connections"

Then Ckeck for "Orange Express" and Check for MMS and

2. MMS Setup in accessories

If fields are empty, your phone is not configured and you could try a hard reset.

Also make sure ya have MMS activated from Orange. you should have recieved a text from them.

And the same with GPRS that needs to be activated as well :)
