Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis

Did anyone else play this game in it's day :?: I see people talking about other Lucas classics, but of the lot I think this was by far the best :) (closely rivaled by Monkey Island)...

Although it would look really dated these days (256 color VGA) the story line and action still draw me back to playing it every 18months or so!!!

I remeber having to delete load of Apps to make enough room for the massive 9MB of HDD space it required (I had a 40MB HDD, which was considered a lot in 1990)!!! :?

Fate of Atlantis was good....but the classic LucasArts game *has* to be either Sam 'n' Max or Day of the Tentacle

Sam 'n' Max is the all time best...

I also have a bit of a thing for full throttle, but then, I love Grim Fandango... in fact, I just love every adventure these guys have done...

I heard something about the engine these games used being available on SPV, does that mean we could play them on our phones??? That would be awsome ;-)

Look for PocketSCUMM (I ain't using the search engine, it seems to think I have a Doom fetish, first five links EVERY time have Doom).

That will let you play any of the older based games (Monkey Islands 1&2, Sam 'n Max, DOTT, Indiana Jones, Loom etc.) Basically all the adventure games upto Monkey Island 3 (Which I believe was the first major rewrite of the SCUMM engine).

Oh, you'll also need the original games...
