Might be interesting? http://www.wannahaves.nl/video/s3-34/34item10.asx Especially check 3 minutes and 40 seconds, you'll see how a salesman of the Orange Shop puts a SIM in a floppy and copies your contacts etc to the new SIM. You can even put your phone in a locker to charge it when you're shopping and your battery is low! Well thats service isn't it?
