RS232 wiring to Connector Adaptor

I have seen wiring advice for the USB coonector to the SPV coonector adoptor :) , does any one has the details to modify a serial connector to the SPV adoptor :?: . In the office, the OS is NT & it will not support USB & the Serial Connect, Orange SPV OHTN1302 Serial Syncstation from http://www.freedom-mobiles.co.uk/aspv.htm :shock: is costing about 20-30 UKPound :( .
