Webcam site on Smartphony

I have been to the site in this story, and the guy appears to have the cam showing in his Tanager, but when i try to go to the site on the SPV i get this message "This page contains frames and cannot be viewed in the browser"? Do we have any frenchspeakers that can translate the story and find out whats up??? this site has hundreds of webcam all over the world, it would be realy cool to be able to show this off..
