No Descriptive Text for sounds, GPRS and other settings!!

I have reset my phone (so i could play Doom) and now the text is missing giving descriptions...

(above each sound it should say what the sound is for e.g. "Ringtone" then underneath the sound or tone for it,)

but instead its just got a list for each tone/alarm ect without actually saying what each one is for. :x So now the wrong sounds are playing because i dont know which ones to select.

Can u tell me how to fix this, or simply send a list of what each sound is for in order PLEASE!
