Does anybody know how Windows Media player sorts a given list of .wav tracks according to the tracks' name? When I copy all tracks from different CDs I end up with a shuffled up list where tracks from different CDs appear in "random" order (the tracks are not ordered according to the alphabetic order of their names as I supposed) :?

apparently its in the order you copied them across (in that case it would be sorted by date), dunno if theres any truth in it tho

Would there be anyway to alter registry keys to change the order in which tracks are displayed

Edit- i don't mean a program to alter registry keys, i mean change things in the windows media 8 bit of the registry
