Can't delete from SD card

I can't seem to delete anything from the SD card. Have removed the lock, but it still says access denied. Any ideas?

turn the phone off and back on again.

Whatever you are deleting may be running the background.

also check the sd card there is a little white tab with "lock" on it. If its set at lock you cannot delete things. So I`ve been told. Mine isn`t pointing to that and I`ve had no problems deleting

Very strange - I've turned it on and off since yesterday and still the blasted things wouldn't delete. Now I try it again and it works straight away, bling!

Still can't install Apps though.. well, I can, but there're nowhere to be seen...
