It's actually pretty easy. Open Outlook and under the file menu to to "identities." There should be a slide out menu that says "Add New Identity." Just go there and set up another identity with everything in it for the other phone. To switch back go to file and just above "identities" there should be something that says "switch identity." Just click on that and you're through. Hope this helps.

How on earth did you get the SPV to sync with Outlook Express?!?! Please share this info - afaik the SPV could only sync with Outlook "proper", hence why Orange give you a disk with Outlook 2K (or whatever version it is) bundled on it when you get the phone.

(Assuming you're using Windows XP)

Forget the identities thing cos I don't know what that's referring to either. Basically you have to set up 2 profiles for Outlook, one for you and YOUR contacts/calendar etc (which you have already set up) and one for your wife and all HER contacts etc.

The directions here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...;en-us;312888#2 are clear as a bell about how to set up and/or add another profile and so long as you make sure you do what step 7 tells you, Outlook will ask for which "account" (ie, which profile) you want to see the calendar/contacts etc. In a similar way, ActiveSync will also ask which profile you want to sync with whenever you put the phone in the cradle - all you got to do is remember to select the right one!

Nope, in fact Outlook Express is the cut down version of Outlook!

The start menu isn't part of Outlook, its the menu that pops up when you click the start button - which will probably be in the bottom left of your screen. (Or just press the button on your keyboard that has the Windows logo on it to bring it up)
