Answerphone messages

Ive had the "new answerphone msg"symbol showing for a week now and ive already cleared the msgs,Orange say its a fone problem and they cant help.Anyone know how i can remove it?

It's Orange's network problem not the phone.

There are two solutions, one is to ask Orange to reset their end

and the other one fix is to leave yourself another message listen to all

of it then delete the message and hang up.

This is a known problem and it does happen on other handsets, not just the SPV
