Sounds like the he's had it for a while and given it a thorough testing. On the whole he says he likes it but has most of the same gripes with it as we have with the SPV.

Probably should be in off-topic but I thought it might interest SPV owners as it's probably the main competitor to the SPV. Well that's my excuse for posting it in main.

The P800 is a sexy little beast. It comes in blue and silver and has a good solid feel. While chunky it's still small enough to be comfortable in your pocket.

It also has a similarly redundant IR interface. Why do they keep putting these interfaces into phones and PDAs? I've never met anyone who uses IR

It's the Register. The P800 doesn't have a shred of M$ in it AFAIK, so of course they'll love it if it means people will buy one over an SPV :wink:
