GPRS Traffic Counter install problems

I'm having problems installing the latest version of GPRS Traffic Counter.

Having searched the Forum for previous posts regarding install problems, a common problem I believe, I've tried running the .cab file located in IPSM/Windows/AppMgr/Install, deleting this Install folder and starting again, all to no avail. I've even re-downloaded the software from Handango and performed a Hard Reset of my phone! Following many hours of reinsatalling all my other software (successfully) and narrowly avoiding throwing my SPV out the window, I am still without my GPRS counter! And with the GPRS promotion coming to an end soon, I want to keep a very close eye on my GPRS usage from now on.

I have also emailed All-Locations but unsurprisingly have not received a reply.

Could anyone help me out here??
