ringing line 2 when in silent mode

When my handset is in silent and I receive a call on my line 2 it doesnt vibrate.calls to my line 1 vibrate ok. does anyone know how i can get this to work. it doesnt matter which is the active line

Yes I'm having the same problem. I've been on to orange and they passed it to tech support. After 2 weeks they have just got back to me and told me to run the upgrade again! Guess what, it didn't work! So I will get back on to them yet again and will let you know if I finally get it sorted.
