Orange are still rated as the best mobile network in the contract market, according to this year's JD Power UK Mobile Telephone Customer Satisfaction Study. Orange also appear to be getting back to their "cool" roots (Orange has always been the network of choice amongst younger mobile users due to it's "coolness") with adverts like the recent Orange Training Academy and the "Hard Nose" Businessman. The mobile industry 'state of the nation' report also revealed that the 'must have' is a camera phone and the most useless / unused feature is WAP... The most useless feature is WAP?
