what provxml file opens with...

hey all!!! my fone just did 1 of its famous hard resets itself so i'm coming to unlock it. the problem with this is that once wen i had to open the file you have to edit, i opened it with wordpad and now it always handles these files in this way, so wen i try putting it back into the fone it doesn't work. does any1 know how to stop it opening the files with wordpad? cheers for any help

Try using Will's decert app Found in Atrticles section or you could try Orange's OTA decert instead.

To deassociate .xml files with wordpad go to My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types > XML <--Delete this entry. Next time you dbl-click kthe .xml file it will ask you what to open with, select Internet Explorer and tick the 'always use IE' box. To edit, right-click the file and select 'edit' or open _Notepad_ and drag the file onto the window (or use traditional File>Open>All Files> .......) Over&Out
