Email Questions

I have setup email ok and all works well except I cannot figure out a few things:

1. If I receive an attachment (picture) how do I save it?

2. I assume a sound attachment will save ok and play.

3. When I send an email why isnt it in my sent folder?

4. If I set options to send me an SMS when email is sent - SPV says it has a message - but its not in my Inbox - where is it?
