URGENT PLS Help - Warranty to expire in 2 days

When my battery went below 20% I turned my Tanager off for about 3 minutes and when I opened it it all my settings were gone and the apps I installed didn't function well - sort of a reset. Is this normal when the batt goes below 20% or is my Tanager busted?

It's not a regular occurence, but has happened before. Strange things can happen when the battery gets to "critical" levels...

What do you mean by Warrany to expire in 2 days?

As there should be a 12 month warrany :?

I'm from the Philippines our service provider warrants the phone for replacement if defects are found within 30 days afterwhich they only service the phone after this 30 day period :lol:
