screensaver

had a look through the first few pages of the forums.....but cant find the problem ive got

my problem being that the the screensaver only seems to work intermittently.....the backlight shuts off......but to get the screen to go into screensaver mode (as in the screen going black)...i have to reselect the settings..(even tho i dont change them, just reselect them)...then restart my phone

but every time i use an application, or run game.....screensaver wont kick in...????

anyone???? any ideas??????? dont want screen burning out on me as i hear its the only thing not covered in warranty

Are you using PocketMVP or Pocket TV at all? These can reset the reg settings.

As an aside, i've had the screen kept on since december and noticed no loss in quality of the screen...
