Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Why not just delete your emails and sent items?
Guest pyke Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Why not just delete your emails and sent items? i already did but there are still some that's left?
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Sent and deleted items all removed?
Guest pyke Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Sent and deleted items all removed? yup.all folders are empty,
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 You can delete the MAPI contents if you wish, I do  with no adverswe effects.
Guest Tyrant_worm Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Also holds SMS. If you use the rename cemail.vol/move/restart route for message count screwups this is one way of recovering/deleting your mail, the GUI hooks have gone with cemail.vol.
Guest madu Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 it also may contain DRAFTS and text body of SMS especially if larger than 160. some Inbox (default folder) entries may leave a trace in MAPI. If you really care, view the MAPI folder files in Notepad or on PC to check the contents
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 But it does not contain you inbox SMS
Guest morpheus2702 Posted June 6, 2003 Report Posted June 6, 2003 What is an advisable level of free memory to have in the phone?
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 6, 2003 Report Posted June 6, 2003 50% is the official line i believe.
