Italian SPV Owner Please Help

Ok guys, i'm a new member

i've goto the SPV from a friend of mine which it comes from Switzerland, it has Italian language, it's sim unlocked and already made the swupdate and it is decertified.

the question is if i want to delete all the things that this friend got on the phone, is there a Softreset?

If i make a hard reset wil i lose the sw update?

will i lose the sim unlock?

and last but note least willa i lose the decertification.

If you hard reset you will not lose the update and the phone will still be SIM unlocked.

but you will lose the decert so this will need to be done again.
