seimens sx56 email attachment question

I just got the siemens sx56 smartphone

hav evrythign working but one thing I have not been able to figure out

we have a cisco telephone system that is intergrated with microsoft exchange..this allows us to get email and voicemail in the outlook mailbox.

I can synch the out ook and get the email which contains the voicemenil attachment .... the smartphone says it cannot recognize the file type even though it is a .wav format.

When trying to save as it hangs as I thought I would be able to save as file.wav then run it in media player which it has.

any ideas? :roll:

This specifically a MS SmartPhone operating system forum. There are planet of PPC users here though so stick about and see if you get an answer :lol:
