Help - copying SMS messages from the SPV to my PC

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can copy the contents of my SMS folders on my SPV to my PC?

I need to return my SPV to orange tomorrow as it keeps crashing and they are replacing it. Before I give it back, I need yo copy all my messages - but how do I do that?
