How do i put pictures so they come up when someone rings? Is there a patch or anything i can download to do this?

there are sevral programs avalibe to do this, IA caller being the best one look on www.handango.com

if you dont want to pay for one have a search for smartface or look on www.monolithix.org (you will need a application unlocked SPV for this one) to unlock your SPV look on the Orange OTA site.
