Guest kroblanx Posted June 8, 2003 Report Posted June 8, 2003 Here's an image of the upcoming Mitac Mio Smartphone. It's a clamshell design (the US seems to love clamshell phones - I don't) and has an Intel 200MHz XScale processor. It features a 65K transreflective screen, an integrated camera (w/ digital zoom) and a lanyard holder (this I like). Check it out:20030607101609232_1.jpg

Guest kroblanx Posted June 9, 2003 Report Posted June 9, 2003 I'm sure that the flashing of an English ROM updater will translate any default language settings that this phone may have. Besides, you can always change the phone's language under SETTINGS --> REGIONAL SETTINGS right? A lanyard holder is nothing more than a loop on the phone that enables you to attach strings / cords (lanyards). I think all phones should have one. I'm only assuming this phone's tri-band as per instruction from the ROM (like the Tanager).
