Hi when i connect the camera i get an error message

There is a problem with your camera driver

Can i re install them?

where can i get them from?

You can't get them or reinstall them unless you do a hard reset.

This problem is known to happen and there are a few things you can try.

Exit the camera app then remove the camera and then plug it back in again.

Failing that try removing the camera switch the phone off then back on again plug the camera back in

and start the camera app again.

Yeah, that's happened to me before, exiting picture manager, unplugging the camera and then plugging it back in has always done the trick!

Hi,

I'm having the same problems here. The problem remains after exiting the application, removing the camera, switching off the phone etc.. I cannot get the camera running.

Note: this problem occured after I dropped my phone in the water. The phone is still working allright. I can also charge the battery, use the cradle but the camera keeps giving errors.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem? I don't mind opening the phone for repairing.

Try testing the camera in another phone as it sounds like you may have killed that part of the phone with water.

The camera uses different pinouts to the cradle.
