SETING UP AND USING SPV AS MODEM TO MY TOSHIBA LAPTOP?

Hi all, can anyone tell me how to use my spv as a modem on my toshiba latop, i wana surf the net obviously but dunno how im using xp.

but dont know what to do, spoke to orange they werent very helpful,lol
