Guest Immortalmindz Posted June 10, 2003 Report Posted June 10, 2003 I have a new pc running xp, after installing activesync and syncing the phone it would only let me sync my inbox, leading to me losing all my contacts which isnt too bad considering i have them on my old pc which runs on win2k pro with no problems. But why will activesync only let me sync my inbox and not anything else? any ideas? thanks
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 10, 2003 Report Posted June 10, 2003 Should be fine, tried recreating the partnership on your XP PC and told it to sync with two computers?
Guest Immortalmindz Posted June 10, 2003 Report Posted June 10, 2003 Should be fine, tried recreating the partnership on your XP PC and told it to sync with two computers? no i only want it to sync to the xp machine as i have no use for the old pc(which is now in the cupboard). Basically after setting up the new pc i thought it was time to install activesync and sync the phone to the new pc but on doing this and creating a new partnership it would only let the inbox be selected to sync. Calendar, contacts and appointments arent even selectable.
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 10, 2003 Report Posted June 10, 2003 Are you using Outlook2000 or XP? Tried reinstalling ActiveSync?

Guest MoRFLeZ Posted June 10, 2003 Report Posted June 10, 2003 If they aren't even there .. did you check them in Tools/Options!? Or is that where you cannot even select them!?
