my spv don't start

Ihave a big problem:when I put on my SPV I can't use the programs anymore

They just don't start up,and I don't want to do a hard reset because my sim card is not orange so I have too unlock my phone again,

Is there somebody who can help me :cry:

are the programs on the Storage card?

can you describe your problem a little more? what programs, what happends when u try running them, etc...

do all your app not start or only the non-signed apps?

my problem is this,when I turn on my phone I can use my profile I can use my appointments,Ican use my phone to call my contacts and I can use my sms and e-mails I can't use my applacations so when I try my programs button I see nothing so I can't use my programs

Hmm.....Definately a tricky one, i've never haerd of a start menu stop workin before. Have you tried leaving it a while after it starts up? If you hard-reset will it definately require being unlocked again?

Ok i think before we can speculate much more, if the start menu is not working, it's more than likely a problem that will require a hard reset.

Other things to check, is there ANY free space on your phone.. try deleting all your emails/sms's and extra ringtones.

Are any of the buttons stuck down? my left softkey is nearly dead, you have to FORCE it down to get the programs menu to display.

try removing the sd card, turning off and on, then off again, then re-insert card (while phone is on).

Sorry, but you could spend weeks fruitlessly checking every reg setting, and that nothing has gone awry with a dll or some other file.

Of course try a power off 30sec without battery, then power on, before this, but the most likely solution will hard reset at least partially.

Sounds abour right to me. Hard resets....i've just about mastered them now.
