Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 I only saw the end :D They even had the conveyor belt
Guest philgriffiths Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 yep. and a classy play on Play your cards right. 'Play your Iraqi Cards Right' and his tan almost rivaled David Dickinson's What a trip down memory lane he was, to be honest he's one of those people who whenever you catch a news story about them you immediatley assume they have died.
Guest mattbrown Posted June 13, 2003 Report Posted June 13, 2003 one of the funniest show so far - and Natasha Kaplinsky........
Guest Vector Posted June 14, 2003 Report Posted June 14, 2003 That was one of the funniest ones i have seen  Make Bruce Permanent !!!!

Guest Firaas Posted June 14, 2003 Report Posted June 14, 2003 Is it not repeated anymore? Yeah, tonight: BBC2 - 22:35 Have I Got News for You. Comedy quiz show that grills celebrity contestants on the week's news. With team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop. (Repeat) (Last in series) (Ceefax)
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 14, 2003 Report Posted June 14, 2003 Oh, missed that last night. Cheers.
Guest Brody Posted June 14, 2003 Report Posted June 14, 2003 Was very funny but as a one off I feel, not sure it'd work permanently!!
Guest ds18d Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003  Anyone else think Bruce looks like Basil Brush?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 I remember when Spitting Image did a take off One man and his dog, called one man and his wig. And Bruce had his three year old rusty
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 Excellent episode, poor Ian Hislop eh? Also why do the BBC always put the best progams on at such freaky times? Anyone stay on and watch "Early Doors" afterwards? One of the best comedies i've seen in a long time.
Guest Vector Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 "Have i got news for you, goty news for you HAVE I !!!" lol
Guest philgriffiths Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 "goty news for you HAVE I !!!" Was Yoda on it too? Are you sure it wasnt just Ian Hislop, and the colour on your TV was knackered? David do you remember Bruce in his Generation game hayday? Please say you do, cos that will make me feel les like an old git who sits in the pub talking about great shows of the past, and 'how they dont make em like that any more!
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 David do you remember Bruce in his Generation game hayday? I doubt it as he's only 14
Guest Vector Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 Yeh man, i do, he had an assistant woman to didn't he ? and then Jim Davidson took over ?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 David he did have a assistant but for your age you would have only seen the very camp Larry Grayson EDIT  he did make a return I've just found out. http://www.ukgameshows.com/atoz/programmes...eneration_game/ I had stopped watching it by then
Guest Vector Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 All point and laugh at Awarner !!! see, adults don't always know best  well done for admiting defeat tho :D
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 I'm trying to find the dates that everyone presented the show for but have been unable to at the moment. I'm curious now as I think Larry Grayson may be before your time as well :?
Guest philgriffiths Posted June 16, 2003 Report Posted June 16, 2003 Im pretty sure Larry Grayson was even before my time. i only really remember Bruce Foresyth from the second time around, the Jim Davidson. But i must have only been 10 or so when Bruce was on there, so david you must have a good memory. I would be interested to n=know the actual dates each of them presented though.
Guest Matt Whitfield Posted June 16, 2003 Report Posted June 16, 2003 Apparently ""Natasha Kaplinsky naked" is one of the most popular Google searches at the moment...
Guest Matt Whitfield Posted June 16, 2003 Report Posted June 16, 2003 Try doing a Google for Natasha Kaplinsky... EDIT: Paul, it looks like your auto highlighter breaks URLs...
