E-Mail setups

I dnt have a payed up email account but I want to use the email notification feature on my tanager. I have a DSL account at home

and I was wondering if anyone could help me find a free email like yahoo, hotmail, etc to be able to use on my microsoft outlook and my tanager

so I can sync them. Thanks

i use www.orange.net mate, it works on both fine!
