Guest pyke Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 dudes,i just purchased the smart strip poker game and the mini jet fighter game from www.smartphone.net but i cannot install both.i stored them in the sd card.whenever i press the action button on it, it just says "unable to open file.the system returned the error "access denied".". what seems to be the problem,is it the application or is it just me?please help.

Did you get the installation complete message when you installed the games? no i didnt.i just copied it from my desktop and pasted it to the storage card.after clicking it, the "access denied" messaged came up.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 15, 2003 Report Posted June 15, 2003 What is the extension name of the files? I'm guessing but I think you may find you need to install them via the PC and not place them on the phone yourself. Most retail games require installation via the PC.
