Ive been reading alot on these forums and I did come quit far imo.

But now I'm stuck...well a little bit.

I just got my spv btw and have the task manager etc...

Nut I just dl'd pocketmpv and now I want to dl divx whatever version but this isnt working.

Do I copy and paste the whole divx5.03bundle to my spv? Because when I do that I cant install it on my svp...it says something about this isnt a Windows CE blabla..?

or do i just install it on my pc and copy the map to my spv?

The DivX 5.03 bundle is for encoding vids on your pc. You then transfer the encoded video over to your phone and watch it using PocketDivX (PocketMVP).

Welcome to the site :D

From what I remember (as it's been a long time), when you have Downloaded PocketMVP that's it, there is nothing else to download to the phone appart from movies :lol:

Just copy the entire folder you have downloaded and unzipped to your storage card, then right click copy,

go to IPSMWindowsStart menu and then right click Paste shortcut.

Then on the phone go to ProgramsAccessories then press the back key and the PocketMVP icon will be there.

As for movies just place them on the storage card and MVP will find them.

bai jaeger, the divx5.03bundle you downloaded is a PC desktop application, not for the smartphone....it is used to play/encode video files into avi format so you could view the video using PocketMVP...which is the appication for the smartphone. So download PocketMVP (or PocketDivX) from this site...I guess the latest version is beta 3B

btw what progs do you reconmend on my spv? I got pocketmpv, sp taskmanger and smartexplore.

Any suggestions?
