Guest nickcornaglia Posted June 17, 2003 Report Posted June 17, 2003 Does it make sense to have a US forum as not to bore any UK users with US specific problems or questions? If not now, then maybe when the Smartphone is OFFICIALLY in the US?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted June 17, 2003 Report Posted June 17, 2003 If enough members wanted it, a US section could be incorporated in the site.
Guest nickcornaglia Posted June 17, 2003 Report Posted June 17, 2003 Not to get crazy...but maybe it makes sense to have a UK/Orange specific section as well. Seperate sections more for carrier related issues rather than general questions that would benefit everyone. But for the US specific questions...I vote yes. That's 1 vote down....12 more votes still to be heard!
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted June 17, 2003 Report Posted June 17, 2003 That is the idea, ultimately. However Orange is still the only UK provider that sells SmartPhones. We have a Pinoy forum for the SAP. Until other providers release handsets i think the system works, for now. What will be interesting is when the SmartPhone handsets hit the US, the site will no doubt get busier then  However, as awarner says, if theres enough demand i'm sure Paul won't mind opening a US forum. He's on holiday this week though so we won't know just yet.
