Bug: Voice Notes files persist

SYMPTOM:

Delete your Voice notes files using explorer / Activesync on the PC

Look on the SPV - they're still there!

Playing them produces no sound - instead you're invited to record new sounds.

You can only delete these ghost files by recording over them and deleting again.

RESOLUTION:

Delete files by recording over them and deleting again, or using All Explorer.
