2 spv problems

hi,firstly any help gratefully received :wink:

Problem 1 .I have a music track which mediplayer tries to play but doesnt and of which i cannot find it in any of the folders on my phone..this is using the PC to explore and or Smartexplorer..any ideas where to look?

Problem 2 .I had an email via outlook which was sync'ed across and even though i deleted it i cannot remove it from the DELETED section in Show all Folders.one thing though it also wont restore or be read.also has an attatchment.anywhere i can find it with explorer to delete?

Any help would be gratefully received :?
