Create or Reply to E-mail wirelessly

Highly Secure

All messages are encrypted using AES encryption technology and a 256-bit key. AES encryption is so secure that the U.S. Government has approved it for non-classified use. Messages are encrypted before leaving the desktop and remain encrypted until they are delivered to the user's wireless handheld and vice versa. Your password is never stored on your handheld or your desktop, so if you lose your handheld you don't have to worry about unauthorized access to your account.

Unread messages appear in bold text, making them easy to spot first. You can also mark messages as "unread" to remind you to follow up on them later.

Personalize Forwarding and Blocking Rules

Simple forwarding and blocking rules put you in the driver seat - you decide how many messages and which ones are forwarded to your handheld. For example, create a rule to always forward (or block) mail from an individual, a group, or even an entire company. More advanced rules allow you to forward or block messages based on specific parameters of the message. For example, you can choose to forward all High priority messages and block all those marked Low priority. Or those messages that contain a key word or subject.

It's on Only When you Need it

Choose the option of selecting screen saver activation and Infowave Symmetry Pro will redirect messages to the Gateway whenever your desktop screen saver is running. Use this feature to forward messages to your handheld only when you're away from your desk, saving both wireless access fees and download time.
