Guest david_ingham1 Posted June 18, 2003 Report Posted June 18, 2003 Help, I have not unlocked my SPV, but being a fool I tried to run dbViewsp which I now suspect requires my phone to be unlocked. I tried to run it by putting it in the IPSIMWindowsstart menu folder. Anyway it didn't work, and now for some reason appointments dont appear on the home screen (any home screen, though I principally use orange layout 1). Now where the appointments should be there is nothing, not 'no appointments' but an empty space. Any ideas?
Guest david_ingham1 Posted June 18, 2003 Report Posted June 18, 2003 Ooops, Have just fixed it by pulling the battery out when the phone is on (cant beat the old fashioned approach!). Just got to find a way to stop the damned thing telling me I have a message whenever I turn the phone on now. Ho hum...

Guest Simon Desser Posted June 19, 2003 Report Posted June 19, 2003 Not necessarily the "Phantom SMS", possibly it's just if you have ANY "unread" emails in your inbox when you turn the phone on, it tells you there is a message and displays the meassage folder icon?
