Guest FrankyG Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 Isn't it supposed to remove the spaces in the phone numbers also. I just run it and it actually ADDED spaces to my mobile numbers! I had backed-up the contacts before reformatting, so have just restored them. Double checked, and yes indeed, it had added spaces :!: :?: :!: Is there anything in Outlook that I need to change before running the contact formatter util? Thx FrankyG
