Guest jimbou Posted June 20, 2003 Report Posted June 20, 2003 I am thinking of buying a jabra BT200 headset with a 2,5mm adapter for non-bluetooth phones Does anyone have it?Is it good? Anyone tried to use it wearing a motorbike helmet ? Is it big? What about the functioning distance? And last question: Does it work with bluetooth phones also?I mean can i use it also with my t68 if i remove the adapter? Thanks guys!
Guest original_enigma Posted November 20, 2003 Report Posted November 20, 2003 BT200's are really good and at a price well ahead of some of the first tier manufacturers ... Nokia etc ... although the Plantronics M3000 is a nice unit and probably a better unit for a helmet .... Functioning distance is available along with all details at www.bluetooth.com where all certified BlueTooth products are listed. And yes by definition if its Bluetooth then it will work with any bluetooth enabled devices although to varying degrees of functionality etc.
Guest sponge Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 I picked up a Jabra BT200 this weekend from The Link. They are selling them for £49.99 with a free car holder, worth £9.99. I was very happy with the price and more than happy with the headset.
Guest sselak Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 I have a BT200 that I used with a Siemens SX56. It has a 3 conductor 2.5 mm jack and it only works with the AT&T MPx200 by carefully positioning it in the phone. Is the BT200 you are talking about a 2 or 3 conductor jack/
